The focus of this phase will be the help polish the idea that you have or support you in creating an innovative idea that is worthy of a successful business. We will also provide you with details about what is required to be a successful entrepreneur so that you know what you are getting yourself into. The objective out of this phase is that you have a solid, innovative and clear business opportunity.

No matter how great an idea is, it can never reach its potential if it is not executed well. The aim of this phase is to understand your strength and weaknesses and then complement them with other members that would constitute your team. This phase will also be a good practice on how well you can sell your idea to others. The objective is to form a team of a minimum of 2 people that would execute the idea.

With the idea and the team in place this phase focuses on the plan of action including, customer segmentation, target market, financial plan, your unique selling points, funding options. in this phase there will be plenty of opportunities for the team to practice their elevator pitches, presentation skills and other key skills that will be needed when bringing in investors. The objective of this phase is to come up with a solid and effective business plan.

This phase will focus on the possible investment options including, family, friends, angel investors, venture capital, bank loans and other sources. Potential will be facilitating some meetings with investors for the best business plans and support the entrepreneurs as they seek various sources of funding. The objective of this phase is to secure the funding for the business and set it up.
