No matter how great an idea is, it can never reach its potential if it is not executed well. The aim of this phase is to understand your strength and weaknesses and then complement them with other members that would constitute your team. This phase will also be a good practice on how well you can sell your idea to others. The objective is to form a team of a minimum of 2 people that would execute the idea.
